The Man Behind the Comedy

From Cuba to Legendary Status

Born in Santiago de Cuba and raised across America as a military brat, Faizon Love started doing stand-up at 15 years old. By 19, he was on off-Broadway stages. By 27, he was Big Worm — and the world hasn't been the same since.

With 70+ film credits, a voice that defined Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and scene-stealing turns in Friday, Elf, and Couples Retreat, Faizon Love is one of the most recognizable forces in comedy. He learned directly from legends Robin Harris and Sam Kinison, cut his teeth on Def Comedy Jam, and has been going non-stop for over four decades.
